Retreat to this modern, sun filled 3 bedroom family & pet friendly beach house with a large deck. Sleeps 7 guests maximum. Walking distance to the gorgeous Red Rocks beach (1km) and a 7 min drive into Cowes centre. Perfect base for exploring all of Phillip Island's attractions - Penguin Parade, Grand Prix track, Koala Centre just to name a few. Only 8km to Penguin Parade!! Linen and towels included in price, free car parking, no cleaning fee. Garage can hold a boat or bikes if needed or just use it to play billiards and darts. Free wifi too!. Prices are per house, not per person, value for your money.

Family and pet friendly 3 bedroom beach house. Walking distance to the popular Red Rocks beach (1km) and a 7min drive from Cowes Centre (2.9km). 1 bathroom, 2 toilets.
Perfect base for exploring Phillip Island. This house is less than 9 years old, modern and spacious with coastal décor. It's designed to accommodate various types of travellers, especially families. There is a kids' corner outdoors and a kids' retreat bedroom indoors (dvd player and plenty of toys to play with). Split system aircon/heater and ceiling fans in the living room. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. There are also plug in space heaters in each bedroom.

You can enjoy the outdoors on the large deck equipped with a large oval table and a bbq. If you look close enough, we actually have a spot on the deck that you can see a glimpse of the water. Maybe you can find it ? :)

The garage has a pool table, cd player and dart board to entertain adults and kids alike, but can also store a car, bikes or boat if necessary.

All linen and towels are included in the price and we don't charge a cleaning fee! Free parking on premises too.

Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach is a bonus too.
A lovely quiet location, fully fenced yard.

Phillip Island is a great place to visit and spend some time exploring or just relaxing on one of its gorgeous beaches . So much to do and see!

Check in is with a PIN. Host off site but contactable by email/phone at any time. PIN emailed to guests the day before check in.

We rent 2 beach homes in Cowes (2km apart) - The Nautical Mile Beach House on Koala Street and Pebbles Beach Retreat on Scenic Drive. Pebbles Beach Retreat is a fantastic beach home. It is extremely spacious neat, tidy and clean with all the amenities you need for your family and your pet! It is fully fenced and we have three children that were entertained the entire time we were there with plenty of toys, a pool table, a dart board, Netflix and loads of DVD's and books! Red Rock Beach is just a 10 minute walk away and Cowes just a 5 minute drive. It was a perfect location, quiet and amongst nature. You really only need to pack yourself, your beach towels and clothes as everything else is there! The owner of the property is extremely professional and absolutely lovely to deal with. I hope to stay there again and definitely did not want to leave!!! A lovely, sunny home with dog beds and bowls provided. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Efficient processes and friendly communication. Fast wifi connection for streaming. Must have transport but a great place to stay!
